Effective Aug 18, 2026, Electronic Payment Transaction Fee $4.99

TSR offers a remote rent payment program that allows tenants to make cash-only payments at participating retail locations using a special barcode called a Payslip. All Payslips generated will now reflect $4.99 processing fee, with a $2,000 maximum per transaction. Tenants will receive a receipt as proof of payment for their records.

***Important Note for Current Tenants***

If you have a Payslip that is generated before Aug 18, 2025, OR still show the old $3.99 transaction fee, it will be rejected at checkout after the August 18 deadline.

To avoid any disruption to your rent payments, please take a moment to:

1. Log in to your resident portal
2. Go to the Payments tab and look for Electronic Cash Payments
3. Download and/or print a new payment slip
4. Bring your new slip to any PayNearMe location for future payments

To make a payment, visit any participating location and ask the cashier to scan your Payslip.

• Walmart
• Walgreens
