Please take a moment to prepare your unit and surrounding areas:

• Secure or bring indoors any loose outdoor items (patio furniture, plants, decorations, trash bins etc.) as strong winds may cause them to become hazards.

• Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and sealed.

• Clear lanais, balconies, and entryways of debris to help prevent water buildup and improve drainage.

• If you have a vehicle, avoid parking in low-lying or flood-prone areas.

• Check that you have essential supplies on hand, such as flashlights, batteries, drinking water, and any necessary medications.

In the event of severe conditions, please prioritize your safety and follow guidance from local authorities.

If you notice any maintenance issues, such as leaks or drainage concerns, please report them to your Property Manager as soon as possible.
