Processing Fee Increased on Electronic Cash Payments

Effective August 18, 2025, the processing fee for electronic cash payments will increase from $3.99 to $4.99.

TSR offers a remote rent payment program that allows tenants to make cash-only payments at participating retail locations using a special barcode called a Payslip. All Payslips generated on or after August 18, 2025 will reflect the new $4.99 processing fee, with a $2,000 maximum per transaction. Tenants will receive a receipt as proof of payment for their records.

Participating stores include:

• Longs Drugs
• Walmart
• Walgreens

To make a payment, visit any participating location and ask the cashier to scan your Payslip.

Important Note for Current Tenants:
If you already have a printed Payslip, it will retain the original $3.99 processing fee until August 18,  2026. However, if your Payslip is lost and needs to be reprinted after August 18, 2025, the new $4.99 processing fee will apply.
